This house has it all by design! This elegant brick home on Easton Point with distant views of Easton’s beach and the Newport Mansions was beautiful to start. It is just a short walk from 1st and 2nd beach and 1.5 miles from downtown Newport with a large private backyard. A major renovation in 2021 included a 50 foot salt water pool with lap lane and huge built in spa, outdoor covered pavilion (because this is still New England) with ample seating and grill, outdoor shower, and new deck. Indoor renovations included a completely new walk out lower level with kitchenette, full bath, family room, and laundry for pool/beach towels. etc (additional laundry on the 2nd level) . This level was designed to support the pool/outdoor space but also offers a bonus hang out space.
